UMS Global Graphics stock a wide range of CAE anilox sleeves for all modern sleeve type presses. Each ceramic sleeve CAE produces has been specifically designed, engineered, and developed in accordance with international standards. The sleeve cores are produced using a wide range of high-quality, fully imported, raw materials.

Each core is then finished with CAE’s proprietary robotically applied Black Pearl ceramic coating technology. These cores are then engraved in accordance with each customer’s specific requirements including screen, volume, and cell technology choice (engravings below).  Once our sleeves are on-press, they will run at the highest press speeds required and produce outstanding print quality and optimized ink transfer.
